FAQ

Please find below answers to some of the questions you may have regarding the purchase or shipping of a painting.

How do I purchase a painting?

You can either buy a painting by following the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the painting which will take you to our Pay Pal page. Alternatively you can contact us and arrange for a bank transfer if that would be preferred. If in London, you are of course also welcome to come by and buy a painting by paying in cash.

How long will it take to receive my painting?

Paintings are prepared for shipping within 1-3 working days. Shipping times vary depending on the location:

UK-  2-3 working days

USA – 3-7 working days

Europe – 3-7 working days

Elsewhere – 5-10 working days

Can I view the paintings that I am interested in?

You are very welcome to arrange a viewing with me any time. I frequently show interested parties my work in my studio in Southgate, London.

Do you ship worldwide?

My work regularly sells across the globe and will be available for purchase in most countries. Should there be any restrictions I will let you know.

What are the shipping costs?

I will cover the costs for any shipping up to the value of £120. Any shipping costs above £120 will need to be paid in addition.

For example shipping a large painting, 100cm x 100cm, to the United States will cost about £150.

If a discount of more than 20% is applied to any work, I will charge shipping costs. I will find the best tariff for you and will let you know in advance how much shipping will be. The cost depends on the size of the work and the location.

Any duty or tax charges will have to be paid for by the buyer. There are currently no import taxes or charges involved when importing original art under $2500 from the UK to the US.

How are paintings packaged?

Absolute care is taken with the packaging of all work. All paintings are carefully packaged in glassine paper and bubble wrap and are sent in a strong cardboard box.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, all artwork is sent with a tracking number so you can check progress of delivery and find out when the painting will arrive.

Can I commission an artwork?

If you would like to commission a painting please do get in touch and we can discsuss the details. We can discuss the brief, ie what you have in mind, time scale, deposit, reviews of progress on the work and a final review of the completed art work.

What if I receive the painting but don't want to keep it?

If you receive a painting but are not sure about it, there is no need to worry. I have a no quibble 14 day money back guarentee policy. Collectors are, however, responsible for the return of artworks. You will just need to carefully re-wrap the painting and return it to me. When the artwork has been returned,  money will be refunded in full.

I am interested in a particular painting but would prefer different colours.

If you like a particular painting style in a different palette we can discuss the possibility of a commission.

Can I make an offer on a painting?

If you see an art work that you love but currently struggle to afford please feel free to make me an offer which will be carefully considered.
